About the role
- Responsible for organizing and integrating commercial channels within the territory to establish an efficient commercial distribution network
- Collect information from commercial customers, establish customer profiles, and conduct assessments as required by the company
- Track shipping contracts with dealers within the territory and confirm customer payments
- Gather commercial sales data and conduct daily business analysis based on the data
- Establish effective communication with local bidding offices and other relevant departments
- Collaborate with dealers on bidding and tendering activities to ensure product selection and reasonable pricing
- Manage access support for bidding activities within the supported territory
- Work with the business team and other relevant departments to promptly address various emergencies within the channel
Requirements
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of business experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Proficiency in reading and writing both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in office-related software applications, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to solve problems promptly and adapt to changing situations
- Good awareness of cross-departmental collaboration
