About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact customers via chat, calls, voice messages and email to manage collections.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and payment agreements.
- Provide clear information about account status, due dates and payment methods.
- Log each interaction in the system and keep the database up to date.
- Resolve inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Escalate cases when necessary while maintaining professional and empathetic communication.
- Meet the company's collection recovery targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections management and customer service.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or remote customer support role.
- Objection-handling skills and negotiation ability.
- Experience managing customer portfolios, following up on payments and sending due-date reminders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Written and spoken English is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with technology tools (CRM, electronic calendars, payment platforms, video conferencing).
- Organized, detail-oriented profile with the ability to work under targets.
