About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and distribute content
- Implement the content calendar on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Adapt content to various formats (reels, carousels, clips, lives, interviews)
- Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and quality across all posts
- Monitor the performance of content and channels
- Identify what works and what doesn’t, and adjust based on data
- Optimize formats, copy, and distribution to improve results
- Implement lead-capture actions from content
- Execute and optimize funnels related to webinars and masterclasses
- Transform long-form content into short pieces focused on reach and conversion
- Manage audience interaction (comments, messages, mentions)
- Identify engagement and conversion opportunities
- Gather relevant insights from the community
- Support the production and execution of webinars and masterclasses
- Prepare promotional assets and supporting materials
- Ensure the reuse/repurposing of content across social media and other channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing social media accounts consistently
- Experience working with multiple digital content formats
- Practical knowledge of social media metrics
- Basic experience in lead generation or acquisition activities
- Ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
