About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively prospect creators on Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Evaluate profiles based on metrics such as engagement, audience quality, content consistency and conversion potential.
Execute personalized and scalable outreach.
Manage the recruitment funnel: identification, contact, evaluation and approval.
Build and maintain a segmented influencer database.
Identify trends, formats and new creators with high potential.
Measure and optimize response, approval and activation rates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in sourcing or managing influencers, affiliates or creators.
Analytical ability to evaluate performance metrics.
Strong execution skills and organizational ability.
Clear and persuasive written communication.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, databases).
Preferred: Experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
Knowledge of the Hispanic audience in the U.S.
Experience using scraping or automation tools.
