About the role
- Actively prospect creators on Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Evaluate profiles based on metrics such as engagement, audience quality, content consistency and conversion potential.
- Execute personalized and scalable outreach.
- Manage the recruitment funnel: identification, contact, evaluation and approval.
- Build and maintain a segmented influencer database.
- Identify trends, formats and new creators with high potential.
- Measure and optimize response, approval and activation rates.
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing or managing influencers, affiliates or creators.
- Analytical ability to evaluate performance metrics.
- Strong execution skills and organizational ability.
- Clear and persuasive written communication.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, databases).
- Preferred: Experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of the Hispanic audience in the U.S.
- Experience using scraping or automation tools.
