About the role
- Actively prospect creators on Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Evaluate profiles based on metrics such as engagement, audience quality, content consistency, and conversion potential.
- Execute personalized and scalable outreach.
- Manage the recruitment funnel: identification, contact, evaluation, and approval.
- Build and maintain a segmented influencer database.
- Identify trends, formats, and emerging profiles with high potential.
- Measure and optimize response, approval, and activation rates.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or managing influencers, affiliates, or creators.
- Analytical ability to assess performance metrics.
- Strong execution skills and organizational ability.
- Clear and persuasive written communication.
- Familiarity with discovery/search tools (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, databases).
