About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the purchasing team and operational routines, ensuring deadlines and internal policies are met
Plan and monitor product replenishment for stores
Track orders, invoices, deliveries and any discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and traceability
Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements to purchasing processes and controls
Ensure product and supplier records are kept up to date in internal systems
Work collaboratively with Finance, Logistics and Store Operations to align on requirements
Support the area's annual budget and the control of operating costs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Previous experience in purchasing for retail companies
Strong supplier relationship management skills
Organized, analytical and results-oriented profile
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with purchasing systems or ERP
Analytical ability to identify process improvement opportunities
