About the role

  • Collecting documents and posting accounts payable entries (fixed and variable)
  • Bank entries via Pagfor and manual posting
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Support and liaison with accounting
  • Budget monitoring and control
  • Store cash reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of card and boleto (bank slip) receipts
  • Issuing sales invoices (Notas Fiscais)
  • Providing financial support to stores
  • Handling chargebacks
  • Finalizing tax remittances for accounting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Previous experience, preferably in retail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Experience with reconciliations, postings, and accounting/tax routines
  • Committed and organized, with a sense of urgency, proactive attitude, and a team-player mindset
