Collecting documents and posting accounts payable entries (fixed and variable)
Bank entries via Pagfor and manual posting
Bank reconciliation
Support and liaison with accounting
Budget monitoring and control
Store cash reconciliations
Reconciliation of card and boleto (bank slip) receipts
Issuing sales invoices (Notas Fiscais)
Providing financial support to stores
Handling chargebacks
Finalizing tax remittances for accounting
Issuing return invoices and 'simples remessa' (transfer) invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed
Previous experience, preferably in retail
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Experience with reconciliations, postings, and accounting/tax routines
Committed and organized, with a sense of urgency, proactive attitude, and a team-player mindset
