About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the re-implementation project for Millennium, with in-depth knowledge of Millennium architecture, ensuring modules align with company processes;
Monitor and ensure integration between Millennium and other corporate software (CRM, POS, e-commerce, etc.);
Back-end developer for the system's native/proprietary programming language;
Experience developing queries;
Power BI developer (designing and building Power BI reports/dashboards);
Understand business area needs and translate them into system configurations;
Establish IT and systems governance routines, creating usage, security, and maintenance standards;
Serve as the focal point between internal teams and technology vendors, ensuring alignment of deadlines and deliverables;
Monitor and ensure integration between Millennium and other corporate software (CRM, POS, e-commerce, etc.);
Identify continuous improvements, propose solutions, and track system performance indicators;
Train and support key users to ensure efficient system usage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
Proven experience implementing, re-implementing, or managing the Millennium system;
Experience in process mapping and system integration;
Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and the capacity to engage multiple areas of the company;
Hands-on profile with strategic vision and a results-oriented mindset.
