About the role

  • Lead the re-implementation project for Millennium, with in-depth knowledge of Millennium architecture, ensuring modules align with company processes;
  • Monitor and ensure integration between Millennium and other corporate software (CRM, POS, e-commerce, etc.);
  • Back-end developer for the system's native/proprietary programming language;
  • Experience developing queries;
  • Power BI developer (designing and building Power BI reports/dashboards);
  • Understand business area needs and translate them into system configurations;
  • Establish IT and systems governance routines, creating usage, security, and maintenance standards;
  • Serve as the focal point between internal teams and technology vendors, ensuring alignment of deadlines and deliverables;
  • Monitor and ensure integration between Millennium and other corporate software (CRM, POS, e-commerce, etc.);
  • Identify continuous improvements, propose solutions, and track system performance indicators;
  • Train and support key users to ensure efficient system usage.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
  • Proven experience implementing, re-implementing, or managing the Millennium system;
  • Experience in process mapping and system integration;
  • Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and the capacity to engage multiple areas of the company;
  • Hands-on profile with strategic vision and a results-oriented mindset.
