About the role

  • Own Engagement at Partner Schools
  • Work closely with schools that have adopted Opal for Schools.
  • Track student engagement metrics (activation, usage, retention).
  • Identify drop-offs and design creative ways to increase participation.
  • Treat student engagement like a system: test, learn, improve.
  • Build a Student Movement
  • Recruit and lead a network of student ambassadors across high schools.
  • Run virtual meetups, challenges, campaigns, and activations that students actually want to participate in.
  • Help students share their stories about focus, balance, and digital self-regulation.
  • Amplify Student Voices
  • Surface powerful student stories for PR, content, and events.
  • Collaborate with our PR team to spotlight student perspectives.
  • Build With Leverage
  • Use AI tools to move faster, think bigger, and automate what shouldn’t require human time.
  • Design systems that scale, not just one-off events.

Requirements

  • Experience building or leading something (a club, a movement, a community, a campaign) OR experience in Customer Success at a startup.
  • You’ve energized people your age before, and made them care.
  • In a remote environment, you don’t wait for instructions, you create momentum, you're self-directed.
  • Curious about data and comfortable tracking engagement metrics.
  • Excited about digital wellness, education, or youth advocacy.
  • AI-fluent: you use tools to amplify your impact, not replace your thinking.
