About the role

  • As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers.
  • You’ll be part of our Costa Rica team working closely with the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Your mission will be to identify qualified leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and book meetings with Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts and identify key contacts.
  • Call, email, and message leads generated via webinars, trade shows, website visitors, and marketing campaigns.
  • Book qualified meetings and keep CRM up to date.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with customer feedback, satisfaction calls, and occasional surveys.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated or 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or technical support.
  • Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or technical fields; engineering, computing, etc.
  • Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus).
  • Passion for technology, communication and building relationships.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, outreach software, and email/phone contact.
  • Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn.
