Ensure clear assignment of tasks and clarification of requirements with each team member
Plan the project, monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
Update reports related to approved dates, deliverables, and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent education/experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects
PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise is an asset
Ability to develop clear action plans from limited information
Self-motivated, organized, and strong time-management skills
Leadership and situational judgment
Interpersonal and communication skills to influence and achieve consensus
Fluency in French and English
Strong knowledge of: MS Office, JIRA-plan, Confluence, ERP Dynamics NAV
