About the role
- Act as an ambassador for the OPAL-RT brand — tell our story and attract top talent
- Advise the company on new trends, best practices and industry developments in talent attraction
- Understand staffing needs, roles, required skills and team dynamics to propose creative and cost-effective recruitment strategies
- Identify and execute a variety of sourcing techniques
- Design and run tailored recruitment campaigns
- Ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience
- Evaluate AI tools for candidate screening
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar recruitment role within professional sectors (IT/Engineering/etc.)
- Experience with AI tools, automation, or advanced recruiting platforms
- International recruiting experience (asset)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and social platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Knowledge of modern HR technologies; experience with BambooHR is a plus
- French and English required (spoken and written) for communication with candidates and our international offices
