About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop long-term business relationships with companies benefiting from Opal Group’s event networking and marketing opportunities
- Secure attendance of qualified investors and key decision-makers at conferences
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, and social media to drive engagement and attendance
- Identify, pitch, and secure event opportunities while supporting qualified-audience acquisition
- Maintain accurate lead, client communication, and update records in the CRM database
- Manage client inquiries and promptly resolve customer service issues
- Build and maintain client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities
- Support the registration process with a professional, client-focused approach
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and optimize client engagement
- Participate in team meetings, provide updates, exchange feedback, and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level position
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills required
- Professional, engaging communication skills and ability to pitch C-level executives and high-level decision-makers
- Competitive personality and drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to rapidly develop knowledge on diverse topics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and client engagement
- College degree preferred, not required
