Requirements

1+ years of people management experience at a high-growth startup
Experience recruiting and building high-performing engineering teams
Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Experience managing and developing both junior engineers as well as senior individual contributors
Demonstrated interest and participation in the crypto/web3 ecosystem—full-time work experience in crypto is not required but is a plus
Significant experience as a hands-on software engineer. Full-stack experience is a plus
Experience in Typescript or Go
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly evolving, cutting edge industry
Clear and persuasive writing and in-person communication
