About the role

  • Spearhead growth for the 2600Hz business solution and shape/execute sales strategies
  • Utilize existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand within Service Providers and Telecom Carriers
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier space
  • Utilize relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to measure performance
  • Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; minimum of 8 years' experience in sales
  • Established relationships with Service Providers and Telecom Carriers (BroadSoft, NetSapiens, Metaswitch experience highly desirable)
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, preferably with Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions
  • Experience in CCaaS and CPaaS is a bonus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Executive presence and presentation skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets; experience in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
