About the role
- Spearhead growth for the 2600Hz business solution and shape/execute sales strategies
- Utilize existing relationships to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand within Service Providers and Telecom Carriers
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments within the Service Provider and Telecom Carrier space
- Utilize relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to measure performance
- Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; minimum of 8 years' experience in sales
- Established relationships with Service Providers and Telecom Carriers (BroadSoft, NetSapiens, Metaswitch experience highly desirable)
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, preferably with Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions
- Experience in CCaaS and CPaaS is a bonus
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Executive presence and presentation skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets; experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Ability to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
