About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • champion a culture of training and excellence across our global sales organization
  • drive the efficiency and readiness of revenue-generating teams
  • own the end-to-end sales training lifecycle—from onboarding and tool mastery to creating high-impact playbooks and objection-handling frameworks

  • design, implement, and constantly iterate on a comprehensive sales onboarding program
  • lead ongoing training initiatives focused on sales methodologies and process compliance
  • develop, write, and deploy structured sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and specific objection-handling frameworks
  • build, organize, and curate a centralized internal repository and digital learning hub
  • audit existing enablement materials regularly to ensure all content reflects current product capabilities
  • act as the primary enablement interface with Accenture
  • leverage Accenture partnership to inform internal sales culture and adopt best-in-class industry methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, or Revenue Operations within a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
  • Proven experience interfacing with or managing joint programs with major global tier-1 consultancies (e.g., Accenture) is highly advantageous.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
  • Strong ability to transform complex technical products and sales data into engaging, digestible training curriculum and collateral.
  • A natural relationship builder who can work seamlessly with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and external partners to unify messaging.
  • Someone who looks past simple "check-the-box" training sessions to build sustainable frameworks that drive long-term revenue growth.
