Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Africa
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2G engagement models
  • Demonstrated ability to sell SaaS-based network intelligence, analytics, or performance solutions
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Existing network of relationships in the South-East African telco and connectivity ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; French is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Africa (50–70% travel expected)
