Product Designer

• Taking design from initial discovery and sketching through to polished, high fidelity UI ready to build
• Working closely with product managers and engineers to understand problems before jumping to solutions
• Running and contributing to user research - and using those insights to validate decisions and iterate
• Designing across web and mobile, with a strong awareness of cross device experience
• Benchmarking fintech and automotive trends to bring informed, relevant thinking to the team
• Presenting your work clearly at different stages, and adapting ideas based on feedback
• Contributing to design quality in the team, joining crits and maintaining a high bar for accessibility and UX
• Supporting the marketing team with design needs including website, email campaigns and presentation decks
