About the role

- Ensure existence of cover
- Liaison with client on all aspects of claim
- Notification to client of welcome pack and this to the client
- Dealing with all client queries related to HOC
- Liaison with Insurers and Brokerage Sales force to ensure correct policy administration
- Bank confirmations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Matric a must
- Computer literate
- Self motivated with a consistently positive approach
- Dynamic individual who is able to multi-task
- Flexible (adapts easily to change)
- Ability to deal with staff on all levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Full computer literacy is essential (Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows, PowerPoint)
- Able to work well in a team and/or individually
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to understand policy wordings and cover
