- Analyze and structure the scope of development and customization projects in the Protheus ERP
- Gather and document business processes together with functional areas and clients
- Prepare functional and technical requirements documents for the development team
- Produce artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Act as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring alignment of expectations
- Participate in alignment, validation, and user acceptance activities for deliverables
