About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and structure the scope of development and customization projects in the Protheus ERP
Gather and document business processes together with functional areas and clients
Prepare functional and technical requirements documents for the development team
Produce artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Act as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring alignment of expectations
Participate in alignment, validation, and user acceptance activities for deliverables
Identify risks and points of attention in the analyzed scopes, proposing alternatives and solutions
Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle
