About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with data entry, reports, invoices, and other administrative projects
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support onboarding and new hire processes
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Provide general support to leadership and internal teams as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of office administration, administrative assistant, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard office tools
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working in-office with some schedule flexibility
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
