• Develop and Implement Data Governance Frameworks
• Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and strategies to ensure the organization’s data is accurate, secure, and compliant
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and best practices to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across the organization
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and compliance teams to ensure data governance initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA
• Oversee data stewardship activities and work with data owners to ensure that data is managed appropriately throughout its lifecycle
• Lead the integration of data governance practices into data systems and platforms, ensuring proper metadata management and data lineage tracking
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data governance performance and provide documentation and training materials for stakeholders
• Work closely with IT, business, and data teams to implement technical solutions that improve data governance practices and enhance the usability of data assets
• Oversee the selection and implementation of data governance tools, technologies, and systems that support the organization’s data strategy and governance objectives
