About the role
- Manual curation within onX's web-based GIS editing platform of high-value datasets.
- Process spatial data within our established processing pipelines.
- Conduct quality control checks on spatial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with the team leads to address any issues.
- Critically analyze existing processes and make suggestions for improvements.
- Provide support to ad hoc data processing needs.
Requirements
- Education: Certificate, Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Analysis or closely related field.
- Experience with desktop Geospatial software such as QGIS or ArcMap.
- Ability to follow instructions as provided in process documentation.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter.
- Patience for repetitive tasks.
- Ability to maintain a positive, helpful, constructive attitude.
- Ability to establish and maintain efficient working relationships with other onX employees.
- Desire to contribute to a strong team dynamic.
