About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support full‑cycle internal recruiting for Onward Search, including roles across Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP‑level), and emerging business divisions
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal tools, and proactive outreach
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Provide a strong candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively
Assist in building and shaping new divisions alongside internal leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior recruiting experience required; agency or staffing experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal oversight
Experience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously
Ability to step in quickly and operate independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred
