About the role

Own the overall performance of the Engineering Staffing practice, including revenue, delivery, and team effectiveness
Drive growth through close partnership with business development and sales leadership on key accounts and opportunities
Support client-facing strategy by participating in discovery, solution design, pricing, and staffing recommendations
Lead and mentor recruiting and account teams to ensure consistent delivery quality and candidate control
Establish and monitor KPIs related to pipeline health, fill ratios, client satisfaction, and recruiter productivity
Oversee client relationships as an escalation point and ensure successful execution across engagements
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through multi-role, multi-team, or long-term staffing solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and HR to support operational efficiency and scale
Stay current on engineering hiring trends, talent availability, and client demand to guide staffing strategy

7+ years of experience in engineering or technical staffing
3+ years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of engineering talent markets (software, infrastructure, product, manufacturing, or related disciplines)
Experience leading recruiting and delivery teams in a KPI-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales on complex or high-value client needs
Bachelor’s degree required.
