About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently generate new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients
- Sell staffing solutions and scoped, deliverable-based (SOW) engagements
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs beyond open requisitions
- Position Onward Accessibility as a strategic partner
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7+ years of proven success in staffing sales within an agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and generate top-of-funnel activity independently
- Experience selling SOWs or deliverable-based project work
- Background in IT, digital, marketing, or creative staffing preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with a personable, authentic style
- Comfortable operating with minimal hand-holding in a fast-paced environment
