About the role
- Develop and refine a process to identify prospective school partners
- Own and execute the email marketing strategy
- Write and optimize email content
- Track and report on key campaign metrics
- Run targeted ad campaigns
- Support employer branding efforts
- Manage the B2C marketing budget
- Report on B2C campaign performance
- Collaborate with the Education team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics
- Proven experience with email marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools
- Hands-on experience with social media management and digital ad platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
