Applications Engineer – Level 3
Onto InnovationApplications Engineer supporting Onto Innovation’s AOI and other products. Troubleshooting and training customers while maximizing business opportunities across regions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers on the application of Onto Innovation’s automatic optical inspection (AOI)
- Troubleshoot process integration-related issues
- Evaluate product performance and implementation of new features
- Train customers on system operation and how to get the most benefit from IBU (Inspection Business Unit) products
- Support account team by providing technical direction and conduct aggressive activities to maximize business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher Education in Scientific or Engineering Field
- Up to 60% of domestic and overseas travel for cross regions support will be required
- Candidates will be asked to work in Ireland (Dublin Area) for 6-9 months
