About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level data models to support analytics, reporting, and integration needs
Build high‑quality dashboards, semantic models, and datasets using Microsoft Power BI
Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities—including Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Semantic Models, and Notebooks—to build scalable modern analytics solutions
Develop DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and dataflows to create governed, reusable data assets
Understand and interpret Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data structures, tables, and reporting layers
Translate business processes from Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions into robust analytical data models
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data logic
Ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and governance across Fabric and Power BI assets
Optimize SQL queries, ETL logic, and BI models for performance and scalability
Support ad‑hoc analytics and resolve data issues as they arise.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
7–10+ years of experience in data analytics and data modeling
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, dashboard design)
Hands‑on experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, OneLake)
Solid SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Deep practical experience designing data models with Oracle ERP R12 and/or Oracle Fusion will be highly desirable skill
Understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star schema design
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
