About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and scale Ontinue’s partner ecosystem across DACH and the UK
  • Build and expand a partner motion that drives pipeline creation, co-selling, and joint customer success
  • Own and scale a strategic partner territory, driving measurable impact on regional pipeline and revenue growth
  • Engage with partner executives and practice leaders to build deep, high-value relationships and align on joint go-to-market priorities
  • Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners
  • Own partner contribution to regional pipeline and revenue targets
  • Be accountable for partner-sourced and influenced deal progression
  • Drive co-sell engagement with strategic partners
  • Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Enable partners to position MXDR services
  • Run QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in channel sales and partner management in DACH and UK
  • Background in cybersecurity, cloud, or Microsoft ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured and data-driven mindset
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution
  • Fluent German (Mandatory)
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
