About the role
- Learn the Ontinue service portfolio and configuration management to effectively support and deploy solutions for our customers
- Engage with customers' technical staff to understand their requirements, recommend best-practice approaches, and design solutions that meet their Azure cybersecurity needs
- Set up and deploy Ontinue services in coordination with customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- Onboard new customers, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Provide first-class technical support for customer requests, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges promptly and effectively
- Serve as a liaison between development and sales teams, conveying customer feedback, requirements, and insights to inform product development and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the Azure Cyber Security SOC organization to ensure the steady operations of our entire customer base, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues
Requirements
- Highly motivated to learn new skills and technologies through training programs offered by internal domain experts and team colleagues
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, capable of working collaboratively and independently to achieve goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Nice to Have: Experience with Azure cloud platform and services, including Azure Security Center, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure Active Directory
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and task simplification in Azure environments
- Nice to Have: Certifications in Azure cloud technologies, such as AZ-900
- Nice to Have: Understanding of cloud-native security concepts and best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security groups in Azure
