About the role
- As an intern, you’ll support our Order-to-Cash operations team, learn how to manage sales orders, review contracts, assist with invoicing, and help ensure smooth operational processes
- You’ll also get exposure to tools like Salesforce and Dynamics 365 , and work closely with our finance and sales teams
- Reviewing deals and contracts for accuracy in Salesforce
- Creating and updating subscription orders in Dynamics 365
- Assisting with invoicing and maintaining accurate billing records
- Supporting internal communications related to order accuracy and documentation
- Helping generate reports and identify process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college program (business, finance, or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Able to commit to at least 3 days/week, 2+ hours/day
- Familiarity with German is a bonus
