About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Account Planning Managers across the full brand partnership cycle from prospecting support to post-event wrap-up.
  • Assist in drafting brand proposals, sales contracts, and commercial documents for APM review.
  • Prepare Business development decks, Brand bibles, and Brand presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update Brand files, trackers, and account records to ensure accuracy and accessibility across the team.
  • Assist in the preparation of online and offline flash sales events, including event calendars, timelines, and checklists.
  • Support online event set-up and testing (product uploads, pricing checks, site readiness) ahead of each sale launch.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure stock, assets, and set-up requirements are aligned before each event.
  • Provide on-site support during offline sales events where required.
  • Prepare stock list analysis ahead of each sale to support pricing and assortment decisions.
  • Produce sales and event summary reports post-event, including sell-through, performance vs. target, and key learnings for brands and internal teams.
  • Track and consolidate account-level data to support APM reviews and renewal discussions.
  • Support the team with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, event management, or brand/account coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with sales data, stock lists, and performance reports.
  • Strong system literacy (e.g. Shopify, logistics/inventory systems) with the ability to troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy with numbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with brands and internal teams.
  • A proactive, responsible team player who works effectively cross-functionally.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus).
