About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary and ongoing point of contact for all assigned brand partners - managing communication, expectations, and day-to-day queries with professionalism and care to build long term relationship.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships and increase brand loyalty to the OnTheList platform.
  • Ensure brand partners are kept informed at every stage from event planning through post-event reporting, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
  • Represent the OnTheList corporate brand and mission to Turn Inventory into Opportunity in every partner interaction.
  • Identify, prospect, and leverage your existing luxury industry network to open doors with new brand partners across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury categories in Dubai and the GCC.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches that clearly communicate OnTheList's commercial and sustainability value proposition.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership structures, and event calendars with new brands.
  • Own the full lifecycle of every flash sale event: from initial planning, timelines, and briefing documents through to on-the-day execution and post-event wrap-up.
  • Serve as the central coordinator between Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and the Floor Team, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, briefed, and logistical challenges are resolved ahead of each event.
  • Conduct post-event reviews, capturing learnings and sharing performance reports with brand partners and internal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and quarterly business reviews with brand partners and internal leadership, presenting performance data, insights, and forward-looking recommendations to drive growth and contribute to the UAE commercial strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to brand partners — providing insight on product, pricing, and event strategy while proactively identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities across the portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in account management or B2B business development within luxury retail, with an established network in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven end-to-end event and project management experience, with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent negotiator — target-driven, commercially minded, strategic thinker and problem solver who works autonomously.
  • Customer-oriented with a growth mindset; a self-starter who is highly organised, clear communicator and strong team player, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (required);
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
