AMU Manager – Baby Diapers
OntexAMU Manager at Ontex leading a team in driving manufacturing KPIs for baby diapers. Responsible for coaching team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the AMU team and coordinate interaction with the Support Functions to deliver the Manufacturing KPIs
- Promote the 0 accident culture
- Lead and coach the AMU team to deliver the KPIs
- Drive elimination of losses/waste
- Produce scorecards and dashboards on a selection of relevant KPIs
- Continuously assess and improve the working processes inside the Manufacturing area as well as in the interaction with the Support Functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 – 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lean principles (i.e. waste identification, OEE and limit analysis, SMED)
- Understands how to drive performance improvement across working groups to achieve high performance
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent by experience)
