About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Support a young product’s entry and sustainable expansion in the DACH and Nordics markets.
- Plan and orchestrate channels holistically (website, landing pages, Google Ads, SEO/GEO, social media, email marketing, and PR).
- Develop case studies and blog content, organize webinars, and prepare advertorials and collaborative formats with relevant media partners.
- Conduct ongoing user and market research, analyze customer requirements and the competitive landscape.
- Support the team in expanding the business partner network and in researching, selecting, and planning industry events.
- Define KPIs, track campaigns, derive clear recommendations for action, and continuously optimize.
- Establish a fresh, differentiated brand in a competitive environment.
- Create and update presentations, one-pagers, and handouts, keeping the asset library continuously synchronized with the latest product developments.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner Management.
- Coordinate external partners for design, PR, media, etc., ensuring quality and efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business, Media, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with proven success in go-to-market and growth.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, social media, email, and PR.
- (Latent) passion for and basic knowledge of AI — the rest you will learn with us.
- Very good English; German is a plus.
- Strategic thinker, hands-on, data-driven, with strong execution skills and an ownership mentality.
