About the role
- Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts in the Managed IT Services space across the DACH region
- Identify customer pain points and potential solution approaches that deliver clear business value based on our portfolio
- Lead sales-driven acquisition projects from lead qualification to successful close in close collaboration with our technical Managed IT experts
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses together with our Managed IT experts
- Provide commercial support for solution and proposal presentations, conduct negotiations, and secure business deals
- Work closely with Marketing on targeted activities to generate new business
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our solution portfolio based on customer and market requirements
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience; experience in presales or project management is a clear advantage
- At least 7 years of experience selling Managed IT Services to enterprise and/or mid-market customers with a proven track record
- Strong interest in modern business solutions in Managed IT Infrastructure and Cloud
- Confident handling of business metrics and financial calculations, with excellent analytical skills
- Innovative, confident presence, proactive initiative and willingness to take responsibility as a solutions partner in escalation and conflict management
- High interpersonal skills and self-drive to engage new contacts and companies, combined with strong persuasion and closing ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
