About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and reporting on progress towards the achievement of Strategic Plan goals
Facilitating the collection, analysis and reporting of performance data
Maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and post-award report components of OICR’s grants management system
Supporting the development of reports for Executive, the Board of Directors and the Ministry
Providing direct support for special projects within the Strategic Planning and Performance Department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Statistics, Life Sciences, Data Science or related field, or recognized equivalent
Strong data analysis and visualization skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Strong written and oral communications skills
Must be able to work independently to meet demanding timelines
Highly effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated ability in project planning and management
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
