About the role
- You ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage.
- You will play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn.
- Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs according to provided guidelines and system)
- Structured follow-ups and conversation management (engaging with the target audience in a human and authentic way)
- Relationship building & social selling (commenting and interacting with the target audience in the feed)
Requirements
- Strong social and communication skills
- Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or phone sales is a plus)
- Structured, independent working style
- LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
