About the role
- You will play a key role in our next growth phase and ensure that OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads and customers via LinkedIn
- Active LinkedIn outreach (DMs following provided templates and systems)
- Structured follow-ups and conversation management (authentic, human engagement with the target audience)
- Relationship building and social selling
Requirements
- Very strong social and communication skills
- Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or phone-based selling is an advantage)
- Structured, independent working style
- LinkedIn or social media experience helpful but not required
