About the role
- Create robust, attractive, scalable component based design for mobile applications and the Web.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather and understand user requirements.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design and iterate user interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in UI/UX design.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in UX design.
- Experience in mobile application and web design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Demonstrate UI skills with a strong online design portfolio.
- Aware of the terms User Centered Design, Responsive Design and Mobile First.
- Passion for interaction design with strong emphasis on conversion optimization and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
