About the role
- Develop and optimize prompts for generative AI models, with a particular focus on Voice AI
- Conduct testing to improve model performance, accuracy, and relevance of outputs
- Fine-tune and automate input prompts to increase efficiency and consistency
- Analyze usage data and model outputs to enable continuous improvements and data-driven decisions
- Integrate and tune Voice AI systems based on platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, or Deepgram
- Develop, train, and maintain in-house Voice AI prototypes and workflows
- Monitor current trends and technical developments in generative AI, prompt engineering, and speech models to refine internal strategies
Requirements
- Experience working with voice and AI platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or comparable tools
- Knowledge of integrating, controlling, and optimizing speech-AI systems
- Experience delivering your own Voice AI projects is a strong advantage
- Basic technical knowledge of TypeScript, Python, or similar languages is desirable
- Passion for generative AI, language models, and voice technologies
- Creative and analytical thinking for developing innovative AI interactions
- Excellent spoken and written German and English
