About the role

  • Development and optimization of prompts for generative AI models, particularly in the area of Voice AI
  • Conducting tests to improve model performance, accuracy and relevance of outputs
  • Fine-tuning and automating input instructions (prompts) to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Analyzing usage data and model outputs to enable continuous improvements and data-driven decisions
  • Integrating and tuning Voice-AI systems based on platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs or Deepgram
  • Developing, training and maintaining in-house Voice-AI prototypes and workflows
  • Monitoring current trends and technical developments in generative AI, prompt engineering and speech models to advance internal strategies

Requirements

  • Experience with voice and AI platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram or comparable tools
  • Knowledge of integration, control and optimization of speech-AI systems
  • Experience implementing your own Voice-AI projects is a major advantage
  • Basic technical knowledge of TypeScript, Python or similar languages is desirable
  • Passion for generative AI, language models and voice technologies
  • Creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative AI interactions
  • Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
