About the role
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance, aiming for the best cost per result.
- Create and test audiences, targeting segments, and creatives (images and videos).
- Analyze performance reports and present monthly results.
- Keep up with trends and best practices in paid media and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong command of performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS).
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Preferred: experience with aesthetic clinics, beauty, or healthcare.
