About the role

  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and leadership to design and optimize the Databricks environment; Gather and synthesize business and technical data requirements; Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends; Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics and reporting platforms; Develop and optimize complex SQL queries; Build and manage scalable data pipelines leveraging Databricks and Azure-based solutions; Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows; Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests; Stay current with industry trends; Perform other related role's responsibilities as assigned.

  • Role’s Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, engineers, and leadership to design and optimize the Databricks environment; Gather and synthesize business and technical data requirements; Analyze large-scale datasets; Ensure data quality; Develop and optimize complex SQL queries; Build and manage scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure solutions; Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows; Support ad-hoc reporting; Stay current with industry trends; Perform other related role responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Extensive experience in data science, analytics, statistical modeling, ETL; Skilled in managing and interpreting large datasets; Experienced in Agile methodologies; Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python; Advanced SQL expertise; Strong understanding of Azure; Practical experience with Databricks; Excellent problem-solving; Effective communicator; Well-versed in data governance and security. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; 3–5 years professional experience in data analytics; Required Technical Skills: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, Python; Preferred: Azure or AWS, C# and PySpark; Experience with AI tools desirable; Healthcare data background advantageous.
