About the role

  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support decision-making for our clients.
  • Develop and enhance KPI dashboards and other performance tracking tools.
  • Automate manual processes in Excel, Power Query, and other platforms to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide support with FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline financial workflows and optimize reporting structures.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, as needed, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • Strong accounting foundation with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and tools like ChatGPT for automation and analysis.
