About the role
- You coordinate the day-to-day business
- Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementing visual presentation guidelines
- Planning in-store activities

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail; ideally with previous store management experience
- Strong numerical affinity and good commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- A keen interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
