About the role
- You are jointly responsible for all store operations
- You and the team create a great shopping experience for our customers
- You coordinate the day-to-day business in consultation with the Store Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial and financial performance
- You assist the Store Manager in daily tasks
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial/vocational qualification or equivalent
- You have an aptitude for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a true team player with good communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
