- Jointly responsible for all in-store processes
- Create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily operations in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Keep an eye on overall commercial/financial performance
- Provide assistance and support to the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial/retail field
- A flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of trends
- A true team player with strong communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
