About the role
- Lead and manage the store
- Monitor key business metrics and ensure professional textile merchandising
- Build a strong, cohesive team and motivate them with a positive attitude
- Coordinate day-to-day store operations
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to your team
- Merchandising – implement visual merchandising and presentation guidelines
- Plan store activities
- Plan staffing efficiently and effectively
- Analyze the store's financial performance
- Actively drive sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., retail apprenticeship)
- Experience in textile retail and, ideally, prior store management experience
- Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business judgment
- Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Knowledge of German
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good knowledge of English and German
